Products typically ship from our warehouse within two business days. Delivery times may vary, depending on your location and other factors. Once you place an order, we’ll send you shipping updates and delivery estimates as they become available.

Yes! Once you create an Airetrex account, you’ll be able to track your shipment and much more. Even if you decide to place your order without creating an account, we’ll still send you shipping updates and delivery estimates as they become available.

My shipment arrived with missing or damaged parts. What do I do?
First off, we’d like to extend our sincerest apologies for the condition of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Can I return it?
If you are unsatisfied with your Airetrex 365 unit for any reason, you may return it within the 60-day warranty period. Just return it in its original packaging, and we’ll refund the full purchase price.
